Position is based at a client site in South San Francisco. Please submit local candidates.
Individual must be an actively licensed RN (minimum) in the state of California (South San Francisco).
Assignment hours are from 1-5pm (M-F) 4 hours per day, 5 days a week (20 hrs a week)
Responsible for phone intake and reporting of patient self-testing data over the phone. Maintains and ensure integrity of customer databases in conformance with HIPAA, IDTF, Medicare and FDA regulations. Ensures timely and accurate patient data management and full compliance with guidelines.

Provides support to an area, person, or program. Interfaces with internal customers. Performs semi-routine support duties of a specialized nature within an assigned area. Possesses fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures of particular field of specialization. Work is routine and instruction are usually detailed. Little evaluation, originality or ingenuity is required, follows established procedures works under immediate supervision.
Responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.
Call center experience a plus.
