Act as subject matter expert to lead the Infrastructure Security Reporting Team in gathering security information and metrics from a wide range of information security tools to facilitate vulnerability data collection, compliance to security baselines, and security event management. Create both high level metrics based management reports and dashboards in addition to remediation reports for the operational staff. Normalize all collected data, store that data in our information security data warehouse, create the necessary views to represent that data correctly, and provide data feeds to other groups within the organization. Implement, execute, and improve work processes and process automation to improve efficiency and efficacy. Performs related duties as assigned or requested.

Top requirements for role are as follows:

- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with enterprise class database technologies including: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2
 Minimum of 10 years’ experience with data warehousing, operational data stores, data visualization, and business intelligence tools
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programming in multiple languages: C#, VBScript, Python, PHP
Strong T-SQL Skills (Queries, Subqueries, Stuffs, Cross-Applies, Views, Stored Procedures)
 Strong ETL and Data Normalization Skills, SSIS
 Database programming and relational design concepts in support of interactive and batch systems


Principal Responsibilities:
 Consult with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
 Create as-built documentation.
 Conduct and facilitate transition to operations, providing subject matter expertise in an educational manner.
 Collaborate with peers to improve the overall team delivery of security engineering services.
 Follow the DTCC processes and methodologies for delivering projects.
 Work closely with all project stakeholder groups to coordinate the project milestones.
 Understand and translate cross-team dependencies into actionable plans.
 Proactively identify and manage risks. Plan for an effective risk mitigation.

 Ability to Perform and Prioritize Projects with Little Direction

Experience:
 Minimum of 10 years’ experience with enterprise class database technologies including: SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, DB2
 Minimum of 10 years’ experience with data warehousing, operational data stores, data visualization, and business intelligence tools
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience in programming in multiple languages: C#, VBScript, Python, PHP
 Minimum of 5 years’ experience with multiple operating systems including both Windows Server and Linux.
 Minimum of 3 years’ experience engineering storage and virtualization technologies – preference for experience in converged data center environments
 Recent experience with Network Function Virtualization, Software Defined Networking, and/or e-Orchestration strongly preferred.


Knowledge and Skills Required:
 Strong T-SQL Skills (Queries, Subqueries, Stuffs, Cross-Applies, Views, Stored Procedures)
 Strong ETL and Data Normalization Skills, SSIS
 Database programming and relational design concepts in support of interactive and batch systems
 Ability to translate business requirements and defined rules and produce viable, robust technical solutions that take advantage of RDBMS technologies in a heterogeneous environment
 Excellent command of languages/platforms, specifically SQL (multi-DBMS platforms)
 In-depth knowledge of relational database concepts and the enforcement of referential integrity
 Solid development and testing of queries, stored procedures, functions and integrated database components
 Able to support job executions and data synchronization across multiple environments
 Programming: C#, VB Script
 API Integration: SOAP, REST, JSON
 Understanding of Security Analytics and Metrics Including VDC, CSB, SEM, and ITAM
 Automation: SCP, SSH, FTP Scripting (WinSCP Preferred)
 Other skills that are a plus:

Education, Training &/or Certification:
