  • Scope and drive projects for the content team: set objectives, write plan, track deliverables, communicate status, flag issues
  • Administrate Adobe Asset Manager: add users, point people to guidelines and training
  • Maintain Adobe guidelines, FAQs and drive the usage of these materials
  • Be the voice for users, escalating their issues and pointing them to relevant materials
  • Manage the integrity of the content taxonomy and health of content in the digital asset manager
  • Write and execute communication for projects
  • Write and publish guidelines and relevant training materials
  • Coordinate team meetings, set agenda, take meeting minutes and drive action items
  • Create content performance reports and prepare presentations to communicate results
  • Lead the Adobe champions and ensure they have what they need to help their teams be successful
  • Associate or bachelor's degree; or equivalent work experience in content marketing and project management
  • Experience with Adobe asset manager and analytic tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional project planning experience and ability to drive timelines, test plans, and resources that meet business objectives within time and budget
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to recognize and respond to priorities, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Extremely accurate, detail oriented and self-motivated
  • Assertive and confident, able to hold self to high level of accountability
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Experience with digital marketing/social media strategies and content development
  • Proficient in Adobe analytics, Microsoft office applications, Microsoft Sharepoint 365 and Adobe Asset Manager
