Responsibilities
  • Follow policies and procedures related to customer data management and ensure conformance to all corporate and local data quality requirements.
  • Perform day-to-day data quality management activities with customer data, including support during end-of-month and end-of-quarter financial periods.
  • Input, review, manage, and participate in the lifecycle management of customer data within various Illumina systems.
  • Implement corporate business processes related to customer data.
  • Participate on special projects involving customer data that allow other organizations to leverage customer data for the benefit of the business.
  • Participate on teams with primary responsibility to improve customer data quality and lifecycle management. Work may be as an individual contributor or as a team member.
  • Reinforce a data stewardship mindset across the immediate team with other business personnel working with customer data.
  • Assist with the integration of all new customer information into company's customer data model.
  • Continuously seek to improve data quality services provided to supported organizations.
