What teams will you be interacting with?
  • The resource will interact with Sales Development primarily. The resource also will have some interaction with Retail Products, Insurance Products, Marketing, Legal, Enterprise Compliance and Field associates.
  • Ideal fit:
  • The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who is proficient in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, as well as Articulate Storyline and Adobe Captivate. S/he must be very detail oriented, as a significant portion of the responsibilities will involve proofing and editing content for materials that will be made available to associate and dealer audiences. The candidate should be comfortable with identifying and communicating opportunities to improve training support processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the maintenance and creation of Dealer training materials
  • Convert /Manage content using the Client & Client branded style guide
  • Edit PowerPoint content per direction of Sales Development department to maintain decks to ensure content is current/accurate
  • Manage the materials review process with stakeholders or vendors (manually and via Box)
  • Maintain inventory of training assets (capture what the asset is, summary of its content/purpose, date it was revised, what was revised)
  • Modify content per direction of Sales Development and/or other stakeholders
  • Support online dealer sales training, tools and websites (FS Connection website, STRATUS)
  • Review online dealer learning modules and product information pages, and implement edits per direction from Sales Development
  • Review Financial Service Bulletin (FSB) announcements and determine what content on the dealer site should be updated, as needed
  • Monitor Client Sales Development mailbox, reset FS Connection site passwords, route issues to appropriate personnel in Sales Development

Must Have:
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Keen attention to detail

Preferred:
  • Experience with MS Access, SharePoint (administration), Box
  • Prior Client, particularly Client, experience as a contingent.
  • Technology background preferred.
