Our Global Sales Learning team (GSL) is looking for a coordinator to manage and execute our global learning programs. Specifically, they will handle logistics coordination responsibilities of our various learning programs that are delivered to Global Marketing Solutions (Client) organization, which includes the company's sales and marketing functions.

Handle all coordination responsibilities in partnership with Global Program Manager (PM) or Audience Manager (AM). Including:

- Manage meeting space reservations and logistics (Event Ticket, AV, Catering)
- Scaled communications to speakers and attendees (in partnership with Global Program Manager (PM) or Audience Manager (AM)), including invitations, pre-work, surveys, other post-program messaging
- Run-of-show responsibilities for live, in-person programs in Menlo Park (namely, Client Orientation)
- Calendar invites and attendance for attendees and speakers
- Proper course management in Learn/Learning Management System (attendance tracking, registration, messaging)
- Regularly partner with Global PM or AM on program status, issues with the program and suggested solutions
- Maintain Master Program Guides and other Program Management documentation in partnership with Global PM or AM
- Manage/Triage feedback and requests via ticketing system or email alias
- Manage inbound feedback and changes to our Client Learning Journeys (design, organization, etc.)
- Assist with program reporting and data analysis needs (exporting, surveys, etc.)
- Support & manage vendor process when necessary (Statement of Work, Purchase Orders, etc.) in partnership with Global PM or AM

High level communication with executive level team members
In-person training coordination (managing attendence, scaled communication, live training delivery support for presenters)
Familiarity with learning management system
