Summary: Seeking a Project Coordinator to maintain vendor relationships for supporting operational goals and initiatives through data management, analysis and reporting for all facilities, leading to open/closed reporting, savings and improved levels of service above an administrative level, but below a management level. Responsibilities include maintaining vendor services of on-boarding and off -boarding for Solid Waste, Medical Waste, Patient Entertainment, Security, Utilities, Pest Control, Janitorial, Power assist Doors, Disaster Response Assets and Generator Maintenance for project management processes, project goals, deadlines, metrics. The Project Coordinator reports to a Sr Director.

Job Responsibilities: Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization. Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics. Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements. Set up project and work breakdown structures. Establish and document business processes. Track real estate construction and acquisitions project, monitor ownership transaction controls. Assists in the planning and implementing of Projects and Strategic initiatives of the Business Line Unit/Operations. May assist in the development of business unit analytics, department or operational procedures, reporting, communicating and/or strategic planning activities. Ensures project dependencies are clearly defined, documented and communicated appropriately in terms of time required to complete.Identifies areas of service level improvement and work with vendor on procedural recommendations to promote service level improvements for all facilities. Assists and intercedes with field crises pertaining to open / close, utilities, solid waste, medical waste, janitorial, power assist doors, pest control, disaster response assets and generator service. Communicate with National Vendors to resolve any outstanding concerns including service issues and vendor disputes that have escalated beyond the efforts of local administrative personal.


Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel including VLookup and Pivot Tables; Enterprise Application experience is required. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in business management, building lease management and accounting or relevant field required. 2-4 years experience required.
