We are looking for someone to provide an assessment/evaluation of the current state of Macs at our company.

This contract position could be up to 6 months or longer in duration depending on what needs to be done based on assessment.

Not necessarily looking for a fulltime situation. It could be a few days a week or less depending on requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Provide some recommendations and help on improving and maintaining the environment going forward.
  • Potentially provide some training to existing IT support staff, etc.
  • Resolves problems with new and existing equipment.
  • Assist in O/S upgrades, hardware upgrades, etc.
Basic Qualifications:
  • At least 2-3 years in an IT Support or Help Desk role
  • Experience supporting a MAC environment
Desired Qualifications:
  • Resourceful, can work independently with minimal supervision
