Services to be performed
The contractor will be required to support our month close and forecasting processes; related tasks included data analysis from our internal database tools and TM1/Oracle as well as ad hoc analysis on request regarding employee expense/fixed costs (NRE/CAPEX). The contractor will also need a level of comfort in managing workflows and delegating tasks as necessary.

Required skills
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience with planning processes and controllership;
Analyzing forecast and budget data to determine trends, risks and opportunities;
Leading short and long-term financial planning;
Presenting financial summaries and business insights to senior management.

Preferred skills
Advanced degree in a related field;
Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly-changing environment;
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and drive projects to completion;
Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through effective verbal and written communication, logical reasoning ad the presentation of alternatives;
Excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving skills, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and work successfully and effectively on cross-functional team;
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and decision-making capabilities; and,
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally.
