Description/Comment:
The main function of the Senior Human Resources Generalist is to support employee relations, strategic planning and policy and project management.


Job Responsibilities:
• Assist the HR team with multiple projects and priorities including policies, special projects, communications, restructuring and administrative tasks
• Support employees by handling questions, interpreting policies, and helping resolve work-related problems.
• Support HR manager with gathering necessary documents and paperwork.

Skills
• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time.
• Knowledge of legal policies and procedures related to hiring practices
• Strong MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills

Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience required.
• 5-7 years customer service related experience required.
