· Right now, we are seeking a Manager, Human Resources, based at our global headquarters in Englewood, Colorado. In this role, you will provide HR Business Partner support for multiple U.S. Shared Service functions of the business.
In addition, you will:
· Work in partnership with the North America Human Resources Leader as an advisor to business teams to determine the best approaches to organizational development, organizational change, succession planning, recruitment, talent development and strategic HR issues
· Provide HR management responsibility for specific employee groups in the U.S.
· Recommends and is jointly accountable for various HR activities including hiring, terminations, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions that may require review by a Director level or higher
· Provide input regarding annual goals and objectives that will support HR's success
· Ensures essential policies and procedures for specific functions are followed
· Provide joint accountability for the quality and delivery of end results; no direct financial/resource planning responsibility
· Partner with Global HR to apply local HR business strategies
· Have good understanding of how the team integrates with others in accomplishing the function's objectives
· Monitor team activities to ensure function objectives and initiatives are being supported
· Ensure team activities positively influence customer experience and department operations
· Communicate and partner with other functions, internal customers and external vendors
· Partner closely with the North America HRBP team and the HR Centers of in synthesizing and streamlining HR initiatives across the business, in alignment with key business goals
· Communicate corporate policies and procedures to Company employees, direct reports and other employees.
· Typically provide direct support to multiple levels of Leadership across Shared Services functions.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred
· 6-8 years related HR experience, or equivalent
· Understanding of employment law and legislation
· Exposure and experience in managing teams
· Strong business acumen, with the ability to influence flexibility and resiliency in the face of change and business pressures
· 5+ years of HR experience, technology/digital exposure
· Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Excel experience
· Intermediate working knowledge of Workday or a related system is required
· Ability to drive programs independently to completion
· Ability to work with a sense of urgency to complete responsibilities timely
· Strong communications skills in one on one, small group and large audience situations
· Ability to build relationships and trust at all levels of the organization, strong interpersonal skills
· Able to conduct research, work under tight deadlines, develop and organize information
· Be data driven; ability to tell a story based on qualitative and quantitative data
· Ability to find resolution, deliver difficult feedback and advise management
· Ability to take initiative, be resourceful and deal with changing timelines with minimal direction
· Self-starter with ability to problem solve and manage multiple projects simultaneously
· Confidentiality, diplomacy and a high degree of professionalism is required
