Description:
Client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to support ongoing operations in western Pennsylvania. The Construction Project Manager routinely reviews and manages prime agreements with clients and contractors. Advises client on schedule and cost implications of activities and actions of contractors and makes recommendations to client on contractual issues and activities. Directs and coordinates activities of several disciplines on a project of moderate scope or a combination of smaller projects. Direct coordination with client's personnel and members of the project team. May initiate or assist in contract negotiations or preparation. Assist in project planning, budgeting and establishing critical project objectives and providing progress updates on such items. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum and minimum 5 years related experience, or minimum 10 years project management experience with professional certification and 5 years construction experience in the industrial or utility sectors. Must have ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of industry, government and public contracts on project-related matters. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Professional Registration preferred.
