Senior Account Manager

TalentBurst is leading provider of Global Talent Cloud Solutions including IT and Engineering staffing, High Hazard Payroll and Global Payroll solutions. We are looking to hire an Account Manager/Director to be based out of our office in Mississauga that can work with our existing customer and also help us acquire new customers in new business verticals.

  • Develop new and existing business opportunities
  • Generate and present ideas for new business lines to management
  • Build strong relationships with prospects and customers, attend industry conferences
  • Meet and strengthen customer relationships via inperson and onsite meetings
  • Manage day to day customer requisition flow and optimize recruiting and service delivery team and processes.
  • Generate and close business in our "High Hazard” and Global Payroll verticals

Minimum Requirements:
  • 5+ years in an account management and/or sales leadership role.
  • Excellent follow-through and attention to detail are critical.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience navigating large organizations.
  • Experience working in a sales team.
  • A self-starter with excellent follow-through and a track record for delivering results.
  • Strong writing, oral and presentation skills.
  • Creative, energetic, detail oriented, conscientious and enthusiastic.
  • Must be able to thrive in a demanding environment requiring high degree of commitment and follow-through.
  • Must be results driven with ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude.

Strongly Preferred:
  • Prior agency or client side experience.
  • Experience with contract negotiations.
  • Experience with sales force automation systems.

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • MBA would be huge plus.
