BMO Operations Manager


• Aid in prioritization of and track progress on Domain Lead's task list
• Aid in delegation of Domain Lead tasks appropriately
• Provide follow-through on tasks and initiatives to reach desired outcomes more efficiently

Specific, repeating:

• Draft internal communications from Domain Lead to audiences of varying levels
• Aid in preparation of agenda and content for Board of Managers meetings
• Research questions raised by Board of Managers
• Aid in preparation of agenda and content for participation in ITP and AD Solutions Town Halls
• Aid in preparation of content for participation in AD Town Halls
Qualifications:
5-8 years of Operations management experience in Software Development
Knowledge & skills required:
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong writing skills
• Process orientation
• Background in Financial Planning and Budgeting
• Ability to coordinate efforts among multiple Business Units
• Meeting facilitation experience
• Strong Power point and Excel skills
• Strong inter-personal and organizational skills

IT Financial Industry is a plus
