Job Description:
  • Provide day to day support to products in the Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) platforms space focusing on the Citrix XenMobile, Citrix NetScaler, Smarsh MobileGuard, and Microsoft Intune technologies.
  • Second level troubleshooting, monitoring and remediation of mobility back-end infrastructure servers and services.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Include evaluation of client requirements and processes, planning and coordination, and integrations with other internal business areas, vendors, and departmental resources
