Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Acts as focal point for customer inquiries regarding VeriFone service processes and provides service information.
  • Ensure correct customer service records are reflected in database.
  • Researches and provides information or escalates to appropriate resource acting as liaison between customer and VeriFone.
  • Knowledge and Support of All Tier 1 & 2 duties actions for MRA, Post Sales and Contracts Support .
  • Organize, prioritize, monitor queues and workloads of all groups and report to Supervisor.
  • Internal and External Problem research and resolution/customer complaint – same day if possible, otherwise within 24 hours
  • Assesses and anticipates customer satisfaction issues and makes recommendations for VeriFone process improvements.
  • Maintains and monitors customer record and Gateway Support databases and spreadsheets.
  • Work special projects pertaining to gateway or other accounts as needed.
  • Responds to customer questions e.g. service validation, service quotations.
  • Enters new customer requests on the VeriFone Gateway, updates current customer base, Adds and deletes customer information as requested by retail customers.
Required Skills:
  • Need excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization skills especially within Outlook.
  • Skilled in use of PCs and related software
  • Ability to prioritize while mantaining focus and understanding the sense of urgency with tasks
