Duties and Responsibilities
  • Responsibilities will include standard administrative duties such as answering incoming calls, sorting and distributing mail, copying, filing, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and making travel arrangements, maintaining staff schedules, catering and event coordination, process expense reports.
  • Assist with coordination of a cubicle space with facilities for new hires.
  • Provide overall support and project coordination for HR Direct Reports.
  • Candidate must be very professional and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
  • Must be able to interface comfortably with all levels of management and provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task using prioritization skills, and work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, organized and deadline oriented; attention to detail and accuracy is a must; strong problem solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MSWord, PowerPoint and Excel required, strong skills in Outlook calendar management.
