  • Experience with hardware – Knowledge of different I/O ports (VGA, DP, HDMI, DVI, USBA, UClient, etc)
  • Experience configuring multiple hardware devices to a single machine using docking stations, adaptors, etc
  • Experience with Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit)
  • Experience with Windows 10
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • Experience imaging, configuring, and deploying large quantities of laptops, desktops, and tablets
  • Experience with enterprise management tools such as SCCM
  • Familiarity with software installation – Pushing packages via SCCM as well as manual installations
