Position: HRIS Specialist IV
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: 18 Months (W2 ONLY)

Responsibilities:

-Manage Tier 2 tickets on production issues related to Workday Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
-Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues.
-Update/enable configurations on Recruiting and HCM modules (Hire, Change Job and Onboarding) for WD releases as well as weekly releases.
-Provide support on additional special projects as assigned; responsibilities include configurations, generating reports, EIB, audits and testing.
-Create advanced custom reports.
-Maintain requirement/configuration documentation, system training materials and test scripts.
-Participate in system testing.

Skillset:
• Experience in supporting Recruiting function in general
• Minimum 2 years of hands on/intensive experience on WD Recruiting and HCM (Onboarding) modules
• Experience with WD reporting including calculated fields and EIB
• Experience with Avature or other CRM system preferred
• Strong proficiency with MS Office; advance MS Excel skill a must
• Ability to consult and communicate succinctly in all occasions
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multitask in a global, fast pace dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
