  • As a member of the Client Analytics Product Management and Customer Success team, you will support several key areas.

Role and Responsibilities:
Track and monitor customer engagements:
  • Collect and update the status for each customer on a weekly or bi-monthly basis
  • Flag action items or time sensitive deliverables
  • Attend weekly meetings and contribute with updates
  • Able to provide an up to date status on these customers at any given time
  • Help to suggest pertinent customer meetings or areas of risk

Customer References
  • Tracking
  • Maintenance
  • Attend weekly calls
  • Investigations
  • Ability to understand and suggest top accounts
Customer Program/Event Support
  • Assist with logistical, registration, planning, communication, onsite support
  • Create templates that can be used for communications related to events/programs
  • Work across teams and lines of business, when needed, to help manage and deliver a successful event/program
  • Assist with scheduling or staffing of activities
  • Provide excellent onsite support of the event/program when needed
Jam Pages

Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
  • To succeed in this job, you need to be a strong communicator, take initiative and be organized.
  • Bachelor*s degree or currently pursuing one; a degree in Communication, Hospitality Management, or Marketing is a plus
  • Drive to constantly optimize the reach and impact of our activities
  • Possess excellent communication and networking skills to gain support of various stakeholders and to effectively engage with our external and internal ecosystem through various channels
  • Systematic and process-oriented thinking, with the ability to work independently and effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal and layout skills to create easy to consume and impactful online presence, emails, communication templates, PowerPoint decks
Technical skills:
  • Basic HTML skills: to format simple web pages
  • Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, to keep track of various activities
  • Ability to learn new software, to showcase our own solutions
  • Ability to quickly gain a basic, fundamental understanding of Enterprise Software, so that the work is done in the right context
Work Experience:
  • Published well-written communication (blogs, newsletters, etc.)
  • Created impactful online presence (web pages, wiki pages): look & feel, structured, to-the-point writing & layout
  • Took initiative to take a project to the next level
  • Managed local events
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global team
Location and Duration:
  • Onsite in Palo Alto, CA, for 3 months starting immediately
  • Travel
