Job Description:
  • Working with Talent Partner and hiring manager on immigration assessments.
  • Working with Counsel teams on understanding the work permit process and eligibility requirements.
  • Managing document collection, monitoring deadlines, and case tracking.
  • Should be able to multi-task with different teams and share regular follow-up and updates.
  • Review offer letter to ensure accuracy on role, location, and compensation.
  • Update internal teams and candidate on visa approval and next steps.
  • Review visa expiration report, review performance issue, and involve GM on all escalations.
  • Assist employees on global business visas via vendor partner.
  • A good understanding of business visa requirements and work permit is a must.
  • Serve as primary point of contact on day-to-day issues; escalate as appropriate.
  • Notify payroll and counsel team on exiting employee on work visa.
Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency with the Workday, MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of immigration experience in a fast-paced business immigration environment (U.S. and non-US countries - preferred).
  • Ability to understand both temporary work permits and Permanent Residency- preferred.
  • Have excellent time-management skills, accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
