Job Description:
Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders and our technology stack to achieve goal of digitizing our prospect & customer's journey.
  •  Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain web properties and application interfaces.
  • Implement testing framework that monitor ongoing performance of the company's web properties, execute backup/failover procedures, and provide technical support in conjunction with Senior Developer
  • Support marketing users in development of landing pages, microsites and /or UI/UX enhancements
  • Support marketing technology team with implementation and maintenance of third party applications
  • Document bugs and development issues encountered and the appropriate resolution for future reference.
KPIs:
  • Advance user experience and performance of web properties
  • Meeting or exceeding the timelines set for the assigned project tasks
  • Minimizing the amount of post QA and post launch bug fixes.
  • Create documentation for new features or functional improvements
Skills and Competencies Required:
  • 2-4 years proven experience in web development. -Experience with front-end web application development is an asset.
  • Ability to identify business risks and opportunities and propose technical solutions that elevate the company
  • Proven track record of managing multiple web properties and working with content management systems
  • Experience in creating scalable, secure, high performance, cross-browser compatible and mobile-responsive web properties
  • Great at working with multi-disciplinary teams, and with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High-level of proficiency with JavaScript, HTML 5, CSS3, JQuery, AJAX, JSON
  • High-level of proficiency with C# and ASP.net
  • Experience with the following technologies is an asset: C1 CMS, Razor, LESS / SASS, Node.js, npm, Gulp, ASP.NET Web API, ASP.NET MVC, SVN and git
  • Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies preferred.
  • Computer Science or Technology Diploma with relevant industry experience preferred
