Job Description:
Participate with other technical teams to bring awareness of AD support
- Build/maintain/support new Test Lab environment
- Maintenance of multi-forest Active Directory domain system
- Maintenance of AD Sites and Subnets
- Ongoing Capacity planning and capacity adjustments
- Support other teams as escalation during high severity emergencies
- Create, implement and close change controls
- Manage incident tickets
- Respond to security vulnerabilities and apply fixes as required.
- Attend meetings for other departments that require Auth Services
- Support Exchange directory needs. - Respond to security and audit inquires
- Support KMS services for Windows 2008 thru 2016, windows 7 through 10, and office.
- Backup PKI team for certificate services and encryption services.
- Support DNS team
- Support Group Policy system
- Perform disaster recovery tests, and provide documentation of results.
- Monitor and respond to email/SMS/voice calls after hours
- Respond to availability alerts as needed.
- Create/update documentation
