Client's Field recruitment activities being removed from HRC group and reporting into TA. Recruiting workload warrants one new recruiter in Cedar Rapids, IA and Chandler, AZ

What are the key objectives for this resource (project summary)?
To align all field (CSC/DSSO) recruitment activities with HQ/Plano recruitment activities and centralize the recruitment under one TA group.

What specific Client's departments will they interact with?
All CSC and DSSO departments nationwide

· Manage full life cycle recruitment for all CSC (10 locations in CSCW and 11 in CSCC) and DSSO (29 locations) open positions (all non-IT, and about 3-4 reqs per person)
· Requests may come from both managers and HR
· Consult with business leaders and HR around topics such as recruitment updates, market challenges, sourcing channels, candidate recommendations and offer process
· Manage all local recruitment efforts such as career fairs, community partnerships and college/university relations
· Manage headcount (open position reporting) as well as short and long term staffing plans
· Facilitate all recruitment communication and meetings with business leaders
· Partner with local HR team to ensure partnership and understanding of site policies, procedures and updates
· Participate in recruiting meetings with business, status update meetings, debrief sessions, etc. (at least once a week)
· Must be comfortable providing status updates in front of managers (up to 25 at a time)

Must Haves:
· At least 2 years of recruiting in either a corporate or agency setting (agency preferred)
· Experience working in a corporate, fast-paced company (used to heavy volume)
· Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and influence outcomes
· Ability to work comfortably and professionally with different levels of management
· Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
· MS Office proficiency

Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:

· Bachelor's degree
· Experience working with Taleo and Workday
