Description :
  • The Project Coordinator will split time between two key programs and provide day to day tactical and administrative support to both.
  • This individual should be a self-starter with the ability to take direction, work independently, and ask for help ask required.
  • The person filling this role should be a self-starter willing to proactively work across teams to keep both programs moving forward.
  • The Project Coordinator will work for the Central Program Management Office and report into the already established leadership chain for both programs.
 
Requirements:
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for regular project governance meetings.
  • Update schedules and metrics based on progress to date.
  • Facilitate pre-read meetings.
  • Document and send meeting notes and actions.
  • Circulate pre-read materials on a regular cadence.
  • Maintain NetApp email distribution lists related to the program.
  • Collect milestone approvals via email.
  • Provide leadership role for coordinating events and team celebrations.
  • Assist with resource onboarding and requests for software access/permissions.
  • Provide oversight of testing effort.
  • Assist CPMO project and program managers with administrative duties related to the day to day operation of the program.
  • Work with IT and Business resource managers to update project resource costs on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with monitoring, maintaining, and updating the program change control, risk, action, and decision logs.
  • Coordinate with vendor and NetApp resources to align on program next-steps, action items, etc.
  • Monitor project task information and critical path.
  • Coordinate meetings, conference rooms, telepresence, and catering.
