Job Description:

What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will resolve questions and troubleshoot an array of issues related to billing, account setup, campaign performance, and advertising policies. You will be interacting with advertisers via COMPANY replies, direct messages, emails, and chat. You will also help the team establish new channels of customer support and streamline new workflows.

Experience:
  • At least 1-3 years of work experience
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM tool
  • Additional (non-English) languages; bilingual
  • Experience with content review, policy and/or enforcement
  • Expertise in Excel, data analysis, and modeling
  • Experience working in a customer/client-facing environment
  • Experience with online advertising, analytics and social media
