Responsibilities:
- Receive, distribute, and document information pertaining to new and replacement commercial cards, and execute card cancellations.
- Provide first-line support to all internal users; including phone/email inquiries, card declines, Merchant Category Code management and commercial card online system access issues.
- Register user profiles and set up default account string coding in the commercial card online systems.
- Provide basic training to cardholders and approvers in accordance with program policies and procedures.
- Process and monitor corporate statement payments and business unit allocations in collaboration with the Accounts Payable and Financial Accounting departments.
- Conduct monthly card account audits, generate audit reporting and submit evidence of internal compliance to the corporate controls system.

Requirements:
Must have had previous experience as a Commercial Card Administrator.
Must have been P card and T& E card administrator
Worked in a bank portal
