Positions Responsibilities:
Create quotes, orders & service calls for Fixed Priced Products for the Field Service & Support Organization.
Create quotes & service calls for instrument relocations
Manage open fixed priced products report to ensure receipt of all revenue.
Participate in meetings for new product launches.
Manage phone queue and department email box.

Work Conditions / Physical Requirements:
Must be able to use a computer up to 8 hours per day.
5-10% Travel, as needed, if based in Carlsbad

Minimum Requirements:
7+ years of experience in order processing within a customer service environment.
Knowledge of SAP, E1. MS Office: Excel-pivot table.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to partner with Management team to develop processes, resolve problems, negotiate desired outcomes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to lead team in discussions and projects.
Ability to identify trends, streamline processes and identify opportunities for efficiency.
