Knowledge Areas • Expert program-level MS Project skills • Tools: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Excel, SharePoint • Processes: Waterfall, Iterative and Agile Education • 4 Year College Degree required • Project Management Professional a plus.

This position will work as part of the IT Deployment team focused on the successful integration of one Client into the other Client technology eco-system. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Core Skills & Requirements
• Experienced Project Management Professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Project Server
• Must have experience and proven success with MS Project Import and Export feature
• Must have experience working in a Matrix Delivery Team Structure
• Must have experience Integrating multiple IT project schedules to a consolidated Program Schedule and Multiple Program schedules to Portfolio schedule
• Experience in creating Microsoft Project reports at Project/ Program/ Portfolio (from the tool)
• 5+ years of project management and 2+ years of in-depth program level experience; hospitality background is a plus
• Must have experience in managing large, complex programs with multiple work-streams
• Work planning & Critical Path Analysis
• Track Cross-project Assumptions & Dependencies
• Issues & Risks; Change Control • Plan, organize, and facilitate collaborative meetings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written required
• Excellent analytical and decision making skills
• Must be able to perform a variety of duties and multi-task
• Strong leadership skills (clear direction, respect, consistency, decisiveness, accountability, conviction, cooperation, good communication)
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders with competing demands and priorities
• Ability to maintain a balance of business and technical perspectives
• Ability to be resourceful, creative and maintain flexibility
• Experience in partnering with 20+ resources/ teams (Tech Leads, Dev Lead)
• Participation in Deployment and Roll out of Large Scale IT systems
• Experience working with Business members, Deployment and Rollout Teams
