Learning Administrator/Coordinator

Contract Position - Learning Administrator/Coordinator

Duties
  • Handle Learning Management System course registrations and reminders
  • Manage rosters in the LMS system
  • Assist in the management of pre-work
  • Coordinate with vendor partners to ensure logistics and materials (e.g., pre-work, assessment links etc.) are received in timely manner and available in the LMS system; Act as key point of contact for vendor logistics questions.
  • Help coordinate printing and assembly of training and other meeting materials/packets
  • Greet and assist vendors, consultants and trainers when onsite to deliver training or for meetings
  • Manage participant sign ups and attendance sheets
  • Quality check promotional materials and program materials; track supply vs. needs
  • Help with set up and follow up on surveys/assessments
  • Support and help design an organization/filing system (physical and in software, SharePoint "team rooms”) to track materials and key documents
  • Schedule training rooms and complete set up requirements (room set up, food etc.)
  • Support the design, development, and documentation of department processes and system improvements

Education
Associates degree required or relevant experience.
