Job Description:
  • Supports global sales team and overall sales enablement by working with creative team to develop/assemble pitch deck, proposals, slide shows, demonstration and product collateral; compiling partner requirements and product details.
  • Prepares brochures and other sales enablement collateral by formatting content and graphics.
  • Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed. Provide operational and administrative support to the Global Partner Product Marketing Organization, including reporting and contract management.
  • Supports marketing team operations by compiling, formatting, and reporting information and materials. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Specific Responsibilities include:
  • Support marketing team in organizing and developing various projects, including sales enablement, partner marketing collateral and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create and develop new channel content for regional and global use
  • Support channel requests to update pre-approved content for compliance and partner-related requests
  • Support rapid response program project leaders during situational responses
  • Apply content update to collateral templates for distribution as needed
  • Work with legal/compliance teams to ensure all developed collateral adhere to required compliance requirements
  • Engage key stakeholders and management on project status, issues and identified opportunities
  • Manage partner marketing contracts:
  • Track contracts for procurement signature and countersignature, processing and archiving
  • Responsible for entering contracts on master tracking spreadsheet, including date contracted signed and payment due dates
Competent in Microsoft Office:
  • Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of Marketing Software. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to exercise initiative and good judgment. Makes constructive use of feedback from others. Seeks out answers and resources.
