Job Summary:
  • As a Continuous Improvement Specialist within Global Business Services (GBS) organization, you will work with your Continuous Improvement team members on identifying process improvement opportunities, executing identified process improvement opportunities for productivity and quality improvement, performing process maturity assessments and developing process solutions for the customers.
  • You will be working with stakeholders spanning from Individual stakeholders to the senior management. You will be responsible for developing process improvement training and delivering the training to Client employees.
  • You will be responsible for mentoring Continuous Improvement trainees through their Improvement journey. The Continuous Improvement specialist is a person who takes ownership and get things done.

Essential Functions:
  • Work on Continuous Improvement projects including (but not limited to) Finance Global process program. Key activities included as a part of this project are
  • Documenting business processes through Process Maps.
  • Publishing business processes on the business glossary.
  • Performing Improvement Assessments including
  • Risk Assessment (FMEA)
  • Process Maturity Assessments
  • Develop and Upgrade Process Improvement training including
  • Introduction to Continuous Improvement
  • Continuous Improvement for Practitioners.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training.

  • Should have experience in developing
  • Process maps
  • Performing FMEA
  • Performing Business process maturity assessments
  • Should have executed Process Improvement projects with multiple stakeholders & on different of domains.
  • Should be a self-starter and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Should have excellent analytical skills
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point Skills

  • This individual must work effectively with Manager to VP level within Client and with external parties.
  • The position reports to a Director.

Education & Experience:
  • A total 10 to 15 years' experience with at least 5+ years of experience in the role of a Process consultant / LSS Black Belt / Similar role.
  • A Bachelor of Finance / Business / Management Degree is required
  • Master's Degree is preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma black-belt certified from a reputable organization.
  • Experience in dealing with senior management stakeholders from Directors to Vice-Presidents
