Job Description:
This contract position is a part of the WW GTM Team focused on supporting the implementation of the annual FY ‘18 Sales GTM Plan and Territory Set Up in the AMERs and in parallel providing Daily Support to AMER’s Inside Sales, AMERs Sales Finance and AMERs Field Sales for the already in place FY ‘17 AMERs Territory Set Up
Job Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities:
Monitor AMER CRM Support Queue and respond/take action to Territory Related Inquiries
Provide Administrative Support for the FY 18 AMERs GTM Sales Territory Set Up Including but not Limited to New Parent Account Analysis and Requests, Existing Accounts Classification Updates, SFDC Sales User Updates and other FY ‘18 AMERs GTM Sales Territory Set Up Tasks as Directed
Account Analysis and Cleansing Support Related to Account Mergers and or Account Divestitures
Analysis of Account Visibility, Account Assignment and Order Crediting Issues within the AMER Sales Theaters

Skills/Experience:
3+ years acting in a Sales Operations/Sales Support Role
Understanding of Sales and Customer Account Hierarchies Including Ultimate Parent to Parent to Subsidiary Relationships
Knowledge and Experience using CRM Tools and Business Systems such as SFDC, SAP, Hoovers and D&B
Data Analysis Skills using MS Excel including use of V Lookup Function and Pivot Tables
Ability to Manage Mutiple Tasks in Parallel and Provide Clear Status of Tasks being Performed
