Develop and manage holistic cross-functional dashboard for core marketing programs :
Paid Media performance
Awareness & brand perception
PR & Social media performance
Establish a framework to set, measure & optimize performance to marketing targets aligned with business goals. Ensure consistency across regions
Requires integration of output from marketing analytics (media, web, in-product), sales analytics, forecasting, and primary market research as well as an understanding of the respective marketing programs
Creates value by adding own and synthesizing groups' insights
Prepares and delivers presentations with meaningful implications, actionable insights and recommendations which clearly delineate pros and cons to regional functional marketing teams in a timely manner
Maintains awareness of evolving analytical techniques, software and data sources to bring innovative approaches into the organization that drives higher quality results; designs and implements advanced secondary data analysis methodologies that provide best practices in these areas.

3-5 years experience in analytics role
Strong business analytics and statistics skills
Expert in Excel
Ecommerce / Digital marketing experience
Highly organized with a meticulous attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with web analytics reporting tools (Client Analytics, Google Analytics, ..)
Business Intelligence tools knowledge (Tableau Software, Power BI, Business Objects, ...)
