Manufacturing Execution Systems Associate

The MES Engineer (internal title would be electronic Batch Records Author) is a position interfacing with the Rockwell Automation FactoryTalk Pharmasuite MES system.
Design, develop, prototype, implement and support testing of electronic batch records (eBRs) and workflows.
Revise existing eBRs using a library of S88 validated objects.
Provide end-user support in real time.
Perform MES master data management (creation, maintenance)
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, documenting and resolving MES related issues.
Perform end-user training on the FactoryTalk Pharma Suite application.
Work with process SME’s in the various areas to define business requirements and processes.
Lead or contribute in process mapping exercises.
10. Identify and capture potential efficiencies in business processes during the translation of batch records from paper to electronic format.
11. Work collaboratively with IT organizations and effectively leverage shared resources.
12. Follow Roche CSV and Project Management Methodology (PMM). Create and execute, as appropriate, supporting life cycle deliverables (Functional Specifications,Test Scripts, design documents, protocols, etc.) associated with operations systems.
13. Provide helpdesk and off-hours support to manufacturing.

Ability to keep customers/requesters and management apprised of status of work under your direction. Ability to maneuver around hurdles and develop creative solutions to accomplish goals/tasks.
