  • The Contractor & Vendor Program Coordinator will provide administrative support for client's Contractor & Vendor Program.
  • This role will be responsible for managing daily program activities in the Americas and will partner closely with Clients internal teams, as well as Clients managed service provider.
  • In addition to day-to-day support activities, this role will also drive our audit processes and work on special projects, as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor and approve new worker requests
  • Act as the first escalation point for contingent worker support and issue resolution
  • Research/troubleshoot worker escalations/inquiries
  • Partner with Client Procurement and IT partners to ensure streamlined worker on-boarding
  • Partner with internal Client teams on quarterly and project-based efforts
  • Support, track and monitor MSP invoicing process
  • Update process documentation, document and ensure processes are clearly communicated to all stakeholders on an on-going basis
  • Lead quarterly Contractor & Vendor Program equipping sessions with partners across the organization
  • Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular audits
  • Ensure client service and satisfaction in all areas of position
  • Escalates more complex issues to Contractor & Vendor Program Manager
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Demonstrated clear communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to communicate complicated details effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Contingent Workforce or Staffing exposure or experience required
  • Solid Excel skills, proficient in pivot tables, v-lookups and charts.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving abilities.
  • Proactive and able to organize and prioritize with limited guidance and a focus on delivering exceptional customer service experiences
  • High attention to detail, ability to recognize and recommend improvement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
  • Workday experience preferred.
