Job Description:
The Omni Team Specialist will support the operations within the Omni Team assisting both the Design Solutions and Shopper Marketing teams. This individual will support day to day operations related to administration of PCH's Digital Asset Management Tools. (Passport & Kwikee Systems). Act as the SME for the Passport System and processes supporting development and distribution of all digital assets. Function as Passport System Gate-keeper to provide access and manage permissions of PCH users and agency partners. Provide support to address any technical system issues. Act as QC liaison for the upload of all Shopper Marketing Assets from external agency, validating vendor supplied materials for accuracy and quality. This individual will also provide project management support for secondary or lower tier design projects. This role will be responsible for, but not limited to: promotional plan entries into data management system, data entry in to project tracking tool, PO and invoice submissions, review committee presentations/discussions and management of CEPs.

• Administration of Digital Asset Management Tool. Manage access, permissions and compliance policies for Passport system.
• Act as lead point of contact for internal and external customers to provide technical support as needed for the retrieval of content and assets and troubleshooting of system.
• Track volume of projects and monitor all requests for assets. Optimize and Expedite workflows related to Digital Asset Management operations.
• Liaison between Shopper Marketing agency and Design Solutions team regarding uploading of all assets into Passport.
• Insure accuracy of all metadata for asset files supplied from external vendors.
• Maintain procedures and training materials related to digital asset creation and distribution.
• Enter shopper marketing promotional plans into SMART system.
• Provide project management oversight and traffic materials through approval process for secondary design programs.
• Manage RC process for shopper marketing managers.
• Audit CEP programs.
• Data entry into Design Solutions Department tracking tool to populate and monitor status of all projects.
• Provide support for the processing of all departmental invoices and budget tracking.
• Perform other duties related to Omni Team or special projects assigned by management for increased productivity within team.
