Job Duration: 1 year plus

  • Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with no intentions of needing to work OT
Major Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Workplace Management System administration
  • Create and maintain reports for use by Business Services and Client's Internal Customers.
  • Support of updating/ linking MicroStation and AutoCAD drawings to the Integrated Workplace Management System.
  • Support of MicroStation plotting of CAD drawings
  • Participate within project teams and ensure timely completion of projects
  • Analyze user requirements for system features and functionality
  • Suggest architectural improvements to ease future feature development and enhancements
  • Coordinate tasks among other work functions, software developers, project managers and IT Department
  • Create and maintain CAD system standards (e.g. layer and file naming conventions, script creation etc.)
  • Migrate data between systems using database tools and web services
  • Strong communications (written and verbal) skills.
  • Excellent internal networking skills as demonstrated by broad experience with staff and operating divisions

  • Willingness to locate to Corning, New York area
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Computer skills required: CAFM, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
  • Strong team player, able to work with all parties, both internal and external
  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with application development environments including Visual Studio and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred but will consider candidates with an Associate's Degree
