What you'll do:
  • Provide coordination and support to a function, department or organization. Perform various duties such as, distributing agendas, recording meeting minutes and following up action items. Assists with facilitating information flow between team members, project leaders, senior management and the corporate client. Research, comply and proof read word processing assignments. Organize departmental activities helping to ensure the completion of projects on schedule and within budget. Coordinate appointments and metrics along with document and database maintenance.

This job contributes to and supports the company's research and development efforts to create high value therapeutics to address unmet medical needs.

Responsibities: 
  • Acquires job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Works on assignments requiring limited judgment.
  • Provides support for meeting planning and execution, ensuring the timely distribution of meeting agendas, recording of minutes and action item follow up.
  • Works on specific or defined work packages with set timelines and reports any deviations to the timeline/plan to management. With direct supervision, coordinates assigned activities/tasks with external vendors, customers and/or partners.
  • Coordinates assigned activities/tasks with designated internal customers and/or departments. Assists with tracking monthly project reports, metrics and budget numbers.
  • Provides documentation support, ensuring documents are tracked, maintained and entered into the appropriate databases.
  • ​Performs other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
  • Experience working in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or other related industry is highly preferred. Strong attention to detail is a must. Good communication skills both oral and written are a must. Good computer skills are required. Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Excellent organizational skills are required. Must have an ability to multi-task. Previous experience working in a GMP or GLP environment is preferred. Course work in basic Project Management or Meeting Management is a plus.

Requires a minimum of a High School diploma. A Bachelors degree is a plus. Equivalent experience may be accepted.

A minimum of 1 year industry experience is required.
