Digital Asset Management Analyst

Ad Hoc and Standard reporting responsibilities related to Digital Asset workflow metrics. Learning and understanding metadata structure in Digital Asset Management repository system and working with editorial data tables to pull detail reporting.
Will need to create and manage summary cuts and tracking metrics with heavily formula-based spreadsheets and consolidating multiple data sources from PIM/PLM, DAM, Cognos BI systems.
Also, work with cross functional teams to help govern and manage workflow of tracked assets. Require someone extremely detailed, self-motivated, and great interpersonal communication/management skills.

Digital Asset Management System (MAX) Tasks:
Access Request Form Update
Digital Asset Management Metrics/Reporting:
Master Line List (MB/MEGA) Tracker
Pull reporting through PLM/Cognos BI tool for Photo/Assets
Pull reporting through PIM Product Information Management Tool for Copy
Creation of Master Line List Metric
Monthly Target base Refresh (Adds/Drops) to Line List
Manage Copy and Asset Team updates on MLL
Update Deluxe/SIOC List items on MLL
Update Restricted List items on MLL (need to monitor for release dates)
Update eTADS creation list on MLL
Preliminary – Price List update for quoting (partner with Finance)
Sum product formulas based on subtypes
Refresh - Update Raw pull – remove dups so only 1 unique 5-digit Toy# (Carryover)
Create Summary cuts filtered by First Requirement Market Dates, Deluxe, Status, etc...
Link Int’l Product Equivalents and related Products in Metrics
i. Monitor/Manage Product Design Brand Teams & Photo Coordinators
ii. Managers to Review in MAX and Send to Coordinators
Product Detail Page/E-Com Merchandising/Asset Package Creation & Content Syndication:
Web Collage Tool Module Creation of Deluxe Rich Content
Web Collage updates – business requests
Audits on Major e-Retailer sites (TRU, Retail Company, WMT)
International partnership (leverage modules)
E-commerce Toy Asset & Data Selector (eTADS)
Liaison between Global business and IT teams
Partner with Creative Studios & Asset Coordinators (Photo, Asset, Copy Coordinators) – Global – All business units and campuses (Mattel Brands, Fisher-Price, MEGA, RoseArt, FUHU, MOA, Asia Plants)
Partner with Digital leads – Global Bus Insights, Customer Marketing, Brand Marketing/Design, DTC E-com Teams (restricted brands, final asset review, insights implementation, asset package/PDP merchandising updates)
Partner with Production Support, IT- BA/Solutions Architects on system issues and updates
Partner with and Support Item setup teams, sales, 3rd party vendors
