POSITION SUMMARY
The Agile PLM Project Manager is responsible for leading and delivering the document migrations project to the Quality and Manufacturing organizations. The Project Manager will lead a team comprised of Quality, Manufacturing, and IT team members. He/She will be the primary point of contact responsible for day to day execution of the project. The Project Manager (PM) must have proven delivery experience around document management migrations into Agile PLM from legacy applications. The Project Manager will spearhead the site deployments in the Americas region, and will work with the site stakeholders to constantly re-assess project needs and priorities. In-line with the project methodology, the Project Manager will manage delivery status, risks, issues, dependencies and project planning. The Project Manager will also lead a team of consultants, business analysts, deployment site team members, architects, software support representatives and infrastructure managers. He/She shall work for the Program Director to ensure a successful delivery of 9 North American site document migrations by Dec 2017.


PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBLITIES
 Project Management
 Take control of a detailed work plan and then lead the team of functional and technical resources to deliver the plan
 Deliver the document migrations within the agreed budget, scope and schedule
 Lead the execution of the project to Computer Systems Validation (CSV) procedures
 Share the overall weekly status and progress to the Program Director
 Establish all required communication paths for the project, and between the project and Quality and Manufacturing site team members
 Manage project resources (including availability and utilization) and assigning priorities to planned tasks
 Discuss any corrective actions required with the Program Director and ensure that the actions are incorporated into the relevant plans, and carried out
 Ensure that all team members are aware of the quality standards to which their work must be produced
 Identifying and resolving issues critical to the success of the project
 Produce and maintain a full risk register and develop contingency and mitigation plans
 Ensure that risk mitigation actions are built into the project and resource plans
 Manage the delivery of the required work products
 Identify improvement opportunities consistent with the delivery of the key project outputs
 Ensure team and site communications are correctly administered
 Prepare and present weekly 'Status Report' to assure the overall direction and integrity of the project
 Ensure successful cut-over and transition into steady state operations
 Work with existing support team members to the smooth transition from project mode to support mode
 Business Analysis and Training Delivery
 Lead Quality and Manufacturing site mapping workshops
 Co-ordinate the multiple rounds of document migrations (incl verifications) at Quality and Manufacturing sites
 Write training materials and update operating procedures for the sites
 Deliver "train the trainer” training for the updated procedures to the sites

PROBLEM SOLVING/DECISION MAKING
 Anticipates and prioritizes risks and issues and then works with the team to enact mitigation plans
 Escalates significant risks and issues to the Program Director along with resolution options
 Discuss any corrective actions required with the Program Director before acting


ACCOUNTABILITY/SCOPE/DIMENSIONS
 To work collaboratively as the Program Director to deliver the document migration project
 Lead and co-ordinate North American document migrations
 Lead site verification activities
 Write training materials and update operating procedures for sites
 Deliver training

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Provide supervision and direction for all project team members (incl 3rd parties and internal staff)
 Strong team development and management experience
 Collaborative working style with team members and the Program Director

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent
 7-10 years minimum of project management experience in Oracle Agile
 Computer Systems Validation experience
 Must have excellent software development lifecycle experience including application development, migrations, and ongoing maintenance support
 Experience working on large, IT enabled complex projects
 Confidence in recommending best practices and architectural design for new implementations in the environment
 Ability to lead, manage and motivate teams
 Delivery focused, structured and logical thinker
 Ability to work under pressure and senior stakeholders (Directors/VPs and above)
 Flexibility to work with multiple time zones
 Experience will all facets of project management such as monthly status reports, resources, financials, budget, forecasting, incident management and reporting

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
 Quality certifications or equivalent preferred within Medical Devices (not mandatory)
 Preferred Oracle PLM certification (not mandatory)

TECHNICAL SKILLS
 Oracle Agile PLM implementation experience with document management and migrations
 Microsoft Project skills
