Sales Operations Associate - Reseller Ecosystem

Looking for a high caliber business associate to be part of Global Sales Operations team helping drive sound decisions, strategic planning and operational improvements across the teams that work with resellers. The role will work across the Global Marketing Solutions group and with cross-functional teams in Global Sales, Legal, Finance and Business Intelligence/IT to build out business plans and operational tactics to drive scalable revenue growth, align partner efforts and create effective partner programs in the reseller ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be interested in advertising, a strategic thinker who can drive for results and able to move fast. This is a contract position and is located in our Menlo Park office.
Design and drive planning activities with the primary objective of enabling reseller sales leadership to make effective, analytically-driven and strategic operating decisions
Business planning and insights:
Support management in strategic, operational and financial planning and ensure decisions in line with the global sales organization's approach
Lead business analysis including revenue, customer and market analysis
Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on revenue performance and any other KPI required by leadership to manage reseller business
Strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives:
Help drive critical projects and initiatives for the Reseller sales teams, partnering with cross-functional teams across the organization
Lead/facilitate cross functional teams to get work done, driving recommendations through to implementation
In conjunction with business owners, provide guidance in developing and expanding reseller relationships assessing viability and return on investment
Coordinate across regional sales ops teams and cross-functional teams to solve operational issues related to processes and systems
Data analysis:
Conduct market and business analysis, and help develop business case for expanding reseller network in new geographies
Conduct data analysis on existing reseller business to enable regular reporting and identifying opportunities for improvement
Design tools and processes in support of regional reseller businesses

Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business or related field)
3+ years of work experience in Sales Operations, and/or Strategy consulting, or 1+ years with MBA/Master's degree
Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
Demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
Excellent written and communication skills
Willingness to support multiple time zones in our global organization
Excel skills required
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
SQL, Tableau skills
Prior experience with online advertising, media agencies or channel sales
