This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading apparel retailer. We're an exciting place to work and offer world class opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for running multiple projects and subprojects for the implementation and integration of ERP applications.
You will play a critical role in implementing the Microsoft ERP solution (Dynamics), and a Contact Center Order Management solution. You will work independently and manage a small team of consultants to understand our business processes, design how the ERP will be leveraged and configured to meet the business needs, and be hands-on in configuring the application and to meet the requirements. You will be involved in all aspects of project planning and delivering the operational solution.

You will collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create and implement innovative high quality solutions, participate in and various efforts focused on our business needs. You will also contribute in a variety of roles in thought leadership, business analysis, architecture, design, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Own and aggressively drive forward the ERP configuration and integrations.
  • Provide architectural assessments and tactics for implementations and integrations.
  • Work with business leaders and users understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test, and release features.
  • Fully understand application and how each business requirement benefits the users
  • Continually update knowledge through self-learning through various sites, blogs, and training
  • Educate colleagues on the system and its capabilities
  • Design, configure, test, document, and deploy high quality solutions
  • Hands on configuration ERP which will include but not limited to application configuration, setup, report development, and process development.
  • Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production.
  • Coordinate with various teams and users for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Develop and support practices and capabilities that will sustain the implementation for the long term
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions.
  • Engage with vendors and consultants to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change.

  • 7+ years of experience with retail/catalogue/ecommerce applications
  • Excellent written, and verbal communication skills communication skills.
  • Ability to manage project plan, scope and project status updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Desire to manage resources.
  • Ability to lead meetings and requirements gathering, prototyping, and configurations.
  • Experience configuring, designing, building, testing, deploying, supporting integrations between core ERP and other systems such as customer websites, data warehouse, etc.
  • Experience with all phases of the systems development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of tools such as SQL, XML, SSIS, web services, etc.
  • Knowledge and experience with Agile development practices.
  • Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation and dashboard development.
  • Project management skills to ensure proposed functionality is implemented in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work effectively as a member or leader of cross functional teams.
  • Effective multi-tasking skills to address simultaneous priorities
  • Limited travel requirements
  • Retail Experience a must
Preferred skills and education:
  • College degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
  • Experience working with distributed teams
