Job Description:
  • Analyst for IMS solution delivery.
  • Developer for Integrated Manufacturing Systems (IMS), Camstar solution, and SSRS solutions.
  • Develop, test, and, implement software solutions.
  • Interact with customer to gather and define system requirements.
  • Review and respond to documented issues related to a system change.
  • Provide oversight of development work.
  • Monitor quality of the output to ensure end product meets required specifications.
  • Trouble-shoot complex applications problems or other IT problems that may have a significant impact on the business.
  • Utilize software development life-cycle processes required skills.
  • In depth understanding of SQL Server software and in developing complex queries, views, triggers, stored procedures and reporting services reports (SSRS).
  • In depth understanding of .Net, ASP, and VB.
  • Ability to work independently to develop, test, troubleshoot, and document system requirements.
  • Ability to accurately and effectively communicate the status of tasks.
  • Ability to provide accurate estimates of the time and effort required to complete tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and management.
  • Ability to work with end users to develop requirements.
  • C++ and C Sharp

Desired Skills:
  • Camstar experience.
  • Experience developing solutions for manufacturing applications.
  • Experience utilizing Team Foundation Server Education and Experience.
  • 4 year degree preferred Soft Skills (Communication/Team/Leadership). 2 year required
  • Self-starter and takes ownership for deliverables and deadlines.
  • Team player.

Other requirements:
  • Less technical and more focused on business.
  • Understand the manufacturing process and lead the technical folds to reach goals.
  • The selected candidate will work with 3 technical people that report in or look to them for direction but they will be getting business requirements from dozens of managers.
  • The current workers in this group are successful because they have a good mix of technical skills and business analyst experience.
  • Being able to talk with people and understand what they want and being able to get those "wants” out of the developers will be key in making the candidate successful in this role.

  • Must have manufacturing metrics experience
  • Some kind of leadership experience
  • Camstar and SQL server reporting and analysis experience
  • ITAR position and non-exempt.

  • This position is specifically for delivering reporting solutions for manufacturing sites for the various Client's Divisions.
  • An understanding of manufacturing and applicable metrics such as OEE, Performance, machine availability, FPY and RTY are absolutely required.
  • This role will have some technical responsibilities but will primarily be leading technical developers to deliver customer results.
