Our client is a global fintech industry leader and innovator. They are hiring a Product Marketing/Content Lead that will partner with internal and external business stakeholders and oversee product-related messaging, communications, and campaigns that specifically drive the expansion of their extensive suite of products.  A key focus for the role will be to develop, write, and project manage marketing content and sales support materials, ensuring product messages resonate with customers, grab their attention, inform/educate effectively, reinforce and build brand equity, and convey a consistent and evolving narrative.

To be successful in this role requires more than being a great writer—they're looking for someone who can understand complex technical concepts and communicate them authentically to various audiences via a well orchestrated mix of messaging channels. The ideal candidate will forge strong relationships with internal stakeholders, cut through industry noise, and challenge communication norms with fresh approaches.
In addition to having creativity and fresh thinking, the Product Marketing & Content Lead also needs to be highly organized, learn quickly, and be detail-oriented. The ideal candidate should have a sharp eye for inconsistent information/data and be flexible enough to handle an environment of constant change. This person will also need to be passionate about innovation and technology, as well as diplomatic and collaborative with different personalities and skillsets across the organization.
