Job Description:
The Global Brand function is closely aligned with the strategic priorities of Client and drives all brand activity at a global level. We support delivery of these priorities while also maintaining support of member firm agendas. Through extending and deepening our influence with clients, talent and stakeholders, we will make greater impact and, as a result, strengthen our brand to better position Client in the marketplace.

Client, seeks a Program Analyst within the Global Brand department. This individual will support the program manager, product manager and content manager during the transition to a new internal digital workspace built utilizing Microsoft's Office 365 package.

The Program Analyst will be aligned to the Digital team within the Global Brand department. Those with energetic personalities, strong initiative and self-motivation, and strong interpersonal and communication skills will thrive in this team environment.

Role Specific Responsibilities
  • Lead 1:1 regular checkpoint calls with select country project teams
  • Track engagement and report on local country site progress
  • Help thread leads manage workload and clear project roadblocks
  • Provide guidance to international teams on content best practices and guidelines
  • Publish content using web best practices within the constraints of Office 365 templates and Brand strategy
  • Review existing documentation and guidance materials, update materials as needed
  • Perform site audits for adherence to digital strategies
  • Work closely with international audience
Knowledge Sharing / Documentation
  • Experience leading virtual sessions via Web conference tools
  • Experience publishing/managing SharePoint platforms
  • Posting on knowledge management and team collaboration sites
  • Sharing best practices internally/externally
Bachelor's Degree (required).
(Explain): BA/BS in computer science and technology, digital marketing, communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field

Years of Experience: 1-3 years
Other (Explain): 1-2 years of relevant experience in documentation, change management, communications, digital marketing or related fields

Technical Skills
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Web conferencing technologies (e.g. Lync, Adobe Connect)
  • Experience with SharePoint (SP2013 or SP Online preferred)
  • Office 365 experience preferred
  • Content publishing experience with a well-known content platform
