  • CLIENT is seeking a part-time colleague to work at their Miami Brickell office.
  • They prefer to have a bilingual worker with college background but HS Diploma is required.
  • Must be very professional, will have to greet clients on site, no real lifting and just a receptionist role. Must have Microsoft Outlook and Word experience. Will be trained on the CLIENT phone systems. Mainly answering calls and greeting people.

3 years Facility Management experience.

Technical knowledge:
  • Outlook, Microsoft office, audio visual equipment, knowledge of security and badging systems.
  • Speak clearly, concisely and effectively; listen to, and understand, information and ideas as presented.
  • Communicate effectively in writing.
  • Work with or contribute to a work group or team to complete assigned task(s).
  • Plan, organize and prioritize time and workload in order to accomplish tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Deal with people in a manner which shows sensitivity, tact, and professionalism
  • Make a decision or solve a problem independently by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions.
