Description
The contractor will report to the head of the User Onboarding Management team (UOM), part of CP.
The goals of this team are to:
build, enhance and manage an efficient Employee Onboarding, Transfer & Offboarding process in North America
Enhance the process of renewing software licenses
Define the governance around the Application Referential Management for North America

This team is accountable of the effectiveness of all these process (or set of processes) across the region and for all its internal customers.

Responsibilities:

For each project that the candidate will be responsible for:
  • Create the governance, roadmap
  • Gather requirements
  • Define the solution and target operating model for CIB NA
  • Create KPI and KRI when relevant
  • Implement controls to monitor any new process implemented when relevant
  • Document all decision made and project events:
    • Policy
    • Procedures
    • Meeting minutes
    • Meeting's Supporting documents
    • RACI
  • Partners with all other departments to provide essential reporting and support to management:
  • Coordinate with the rest of CIB / the group when necessary
  • Document every new process and procedure, communicate accordingly
  • Using Lean practice, ensure continuous service improvement of the deliverables of all stakeholders involved.
