JOB DESCRIPTION
 
Print Production
  • Assist with manual insertion of materials into envelopes during peak periods.
 
Quality Control
  • Verify all completed print requests have appropriate documentation, including confirmation that instructions match tickets and required quality assurance processes were followed.
  • Verify accuracy of inserts, envelopes, postage, print quality and counts for all outbound print requests.
  • Update daily production logs to track results.
  • Ensure all completed print requests are properly closed in the job ticketing system.
  • Recognize and promptly communicate potential discrepancies to appropriate personnel
  • Identify process and system improvements to increase efficiency of operations.
  • Work with appropriate internal and external resources to research and resolve identified quality issues and implement improved quality control procedures to reduce the risk of recurrence.
 
Inventory
  • Perform physical inventory counts of envelopes and inserts as required.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory management.
  • Maintain procedures and organization of inventory.
 
Requirements
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Computer and software proficiency. Ability to learn proprietary systems to track status of various tasks
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, time management, and project organization
 
Skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time, multitask and troubleshoot with strong attention to detail.
  • Be self-directed, with ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Be available for extended work hours as needed.

  • Prior experience in a mail room is preferred.
