Role:
The overall purpose of this position is to support the Digital Community and Presence Manager in all aspects of the client website properties management and digital campaign development and execution. Digital campaigns include online promotional ads, blogs, social media, and other channels. The role reports to the Digital Community and Presence Manager and manages no direct reports. This position works under minimum level of supervision.


Essential Functions:
Specific duties include but are not limited to:

Web Development
Assist with the efficiency, functionality, and content of the client web presence

Update website in HTML & CSS
Update microsites using a CMS
Adhere to format, content, and style guidelines, giving consideration to usability and ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality
Monitor website and social media traffic, producing and maintaining web stats report integrated with service level reporting
Follow website production workflows and maintain SA website properties
Assist with the development of new sites and site areas as well as the re-development of current website areas
Assist with ensuring accuracy/integrity of information architecture for existing and current sites/pages/program areas
Troubleshoot and resolve issues/errors

Social Media and Digital Marketing:
Maintain the social media presence and engagement
Research and implement social media applications and strategy
Create social media posts and scheduling, ensuring it adheres to format, content, and style guidelines
Develop digital marketing strategies/planning across digital channels, presenting creative ideas and solutions
Coordinate promotional calendar executing scheduled promotions, ensuring timely campaign launches and managing the web content life cycle
Support marketing for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that have digital components
Design and post promotional ads for online promotions and partner sites
Prepare photos, art, text, files, and other information for posting to web properties using Adobe software and other applications

Qualifications
Demonstrated advanced knowledge and use of web authoring tools and applications, including: text editor, HTML/XHTML, CSS, and Content Management Systems (CMS)
Understanding of Java Script
Familiar with FTP, PhotoShop, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media best practices

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications or social sciences or equivalent experience
Approximately 2+ years in the workforce overseeing or administering websites and website content, or working in a web, content or editorial production environment
Proven working experience in social media
Demonstrated knowledge and use of web authoring tools and applications, including HTML/XHTML editor
Demonstrated knowledge and use of design tools and applications, including: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
Familiarity with FTP programs and version control
Understanding of Java Script
Familiar with FTP, Google Analytics, and social media best practices
